All consumer bookings, recurring garment contracts, and logistical pickup schedules arranged via this application are fully protected by Qatar Consumer Protection Law No. 8 of 2008.
Clients maintain absolute rights to adjust or cancel a scheduled pickup appointment without fee overheads up to 4 hours prior to the designated transit time slot. Eligible prepaid bookings will be fully reversed to the original transaction channel.
If our specialized transport courier has arrived at your designated tower lobby or villa gate before an unannounced cancellation notice is issued, a standard mobilization fee will be applied to cover vehicle fuel and operational deployment costs.
